If you lose your card with secret codes, please immediately call information phone number and ask the bank’s employee to block your login to the Internet banking system.

In the nearest client servicing divisions or branch you will receive new PIN (TAN) password cards and your login to the Internet banking system will be restored. Please have your personal identity documents.

For the repeated issue of the PIN and TAN code cards you will be charged the amount of 10 Lt.
