Medicinos Banko Lizingas UAB provides services of leasing (financial lease): it buys an object of your selection and transfers it for your use. After you pay all the leasing instalments, the object shall become your property.

• When buying an object by instalments you save your current assets;
• You can acquire and start using an object after paying only a portion of its value;
• Mortgage of real property is not required;
• You can select agreement period, regularity of instalments and amount of the initial instalment.

• Agreement period from 12 to 120 months;
• Initial instalment starts from 10 % of the value of the property purchased;
• Agreement administration fee is equal to 1 % of the value of the property purchased.

• On agreement making day, cars shall not be older than 10 years, and freight / special vehicles shall not be older than 15 years;
• Value of property purchased under leasing procedure shall not be lower than 20,000 litas;
• The property must be insured in insurance company acceptable to the Medicinos Banko Lizingas UAB.

It is necessary to have personal identity documents, seal of company / organisation, authorisation to make leasing agreement (if you are manager of the company / organisation, the authorisation is not needed), work certificate, request of specified form, copy of the company / organisation registration certificate, statute and foundation agreement. You will also need balance sheet of previous economic year, profit (loss) statement or declaration of income validated in the State Tax Inspectorate, decision of competent management body on making leasing agreement, commercial offer or specification of the object purchased, and business plan (in case of new companies).
