E-Banking for Business Customers Print E-mail

Using the Internet banking system of the Medicinos Bankas you can administer your account from a convenient place and at convenient time.

In the Internet banking system you can:
  • Perform payment transfers among accounts in Medicinos Bankas;
  • Perform payment transfers to other banks of Lithuania;
  • Perform international payment transfers;
  • Pay fees for services;
  • Prepare regular payments;
  • Print payment orders and statements of accounts;
  • Order automatic charging of personal account or other accounts;
  • Set a deposit;
  • See information on deposits kept in the Medicinos Bankas;
  • Perform sale and purchase of foreign currencies;
  • Send queries and receive notices on transactions made in the bank;
  • Find out balance in the account;
  • Receive notices on changes of account balance via SMS messages or e-mail;
  • Receive statements of account for a requested period;
  • Learn official exchange rates as set by the Bank of Lithuania;
  • Learn foreign exchange sale and purchase rates as applied in the Medicinos Bankas;
  • Import pre - prepared payment orders from accounting software used in your company;
  • Create payees’ database;
  • Connect the National Payment Agency portal and fill in applications and certificates;
  • Connect the portal of the Centre of Registers;
  • Connect the Kaunas City Municipality portal (EPS);
  • Connect the Vilnius City Municipality portal;
  • Fill in and submit declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate;
  • Connect the SSIFB portal (EDAS) and submit the social insurance reports and applications, and receive information from the  Sodra data base.

The Internet banking system operates 24 hours per day. You do not need any special software or hardware. It is sufficient to have a computer with Internet connection and usual Internet browsers using HTML interface and allowing transfer of encoded data with 128 bit key. The Internet banking system works promptly and reliably, different languages can be selected.

In the Internet banking system, our users employ the following codes and passwords:

  • Personal identification code as provided by the bank to recognize the user when he/she is logging into the system;
  • Unique personal codes table (PIN), from which user must enter a variable identification code as prompted by the system when logging into the system;
  • User-selected password (when logging into the system for the first time, user enters the personal identification code as provided by the bank);
  • Table of codes for authorization of financial transactions (TAN), from which user must enter a one-time code, thereby signing the payment document prepared.

All the information transferred between your computer and the Internet banking system is encoded. Data encoding conforms to data encoding protocol of SSL 3.0 standard, which is acknowledged by financial institutions. International electronic signature certification centre VeriSign Inc. has issued to the bank a certificate confirming that data transferred via Internet are encoded in 128 bit key.

When becoming a client of the Internet banking system, you will specify requested number of users, the rights granted to each of them and the accounts that can be managed by them.

The following rights can be granted to users:

  • Receiving of statement of account;
  • Learning account balance;
  • Learning foreign currency exchange rates;
  • Filling in transaction forms;
  • Performing import of orders;
  • Preparing regular payments;
  • Changing system password at one’s discretion;
  • Performing sale - purchase transactions with foreign currency;
  • Receiving notices on changes of account balance via SMS messages or e-mail;
  • Right of the first signature;
  • Right of the second signature.

Allocation of user rights is responsibility of the client.

How Can One Become User of the Internet Banking System?
To become a user of the Internet banking system, you should have an account in the Medicinos Bankas, fill a request / application, get familiar with service provision rules, arrive at the nearest client servicing divisions or branch and make agreement on management of account via Internet. It is necessary to have personal identity documents, seal of company / organization, work certificate and authorization to make agreement (if you are manager of a company / organization, the authorization is not needed).
