Where shall I apply when my login to Internet banking system is blocked?

If you want to unblock your access to the Internet Banking System (IBS), you may do this:

 

  • by calling us at 8 800 60 700 (calling from Lithuania) or +370 5 264 4800 (calling from abroad) — for private and corporate customers any week day from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m..

or

  • by visiting the nearest client service division. Have your personal identity documents with you, and your access to the Internet banking system will be restored.
