How to regain access to your e-banking account once it is temporarily blocked?

Your
account has been blocked for a
temporary period of time.
Please wait and try to login in 30 minutes.



While waiting:



  • Make sure you enter a correct User ID. The User ID that has been provided to you by the bank you can find in the e-banking service contract;

  • Please try to remember your password in case you are logging in with SMS Code. If you don‘t remember your password, please try to log in using other login tools such as Smart-ID or M-signature.

note:

  • The allowed number of failed login attempts is limited – 4 additional times are permitted. Your account will stay inactive for 30 minutes after a failed login attempt.

  • In case you exceed the maximum number of failed logins, your e-banking account will be automatically blocked.
