2019-03-01

Dear customer,

With regard to amendment to Article
65 of the Law on Payments of the Republic of Lithuania (new version will take
effect on 1 May 2019), please be advised that from 1 May 2019, natural persons
(“Clients”) who want to enter into a deposit agreement, where the deposit is in
euro (“Deposit Agreement”), will have an opportunity to open a restricted
account in euro, which will be dedicated to administration of the Client’s
Deposit Agreement. Such restricted account agreement may be entered into if the
Client does not wish to enter into a payment account agreement and/or use other
services of the Bank, which require a payment account opened at the Bank.

Existing Clients who have entered
into a Deposit Agreement before 1 May 2019 will also have an opportunity to
open a restricted account, provided they do not and do not intend to use other
services of the Bank, which require a payment account opened at the Bank. From
1 May 2019, upon arrival at the Bank or by informing the Bank by other means
specified in the Rules of Payment Services, the Clients mentioned above shall
have the right to terminate the payment account agreement with the Bank and
enter into a restricted account agreement intended for administration of the
Deposit Agreement. Minimum fee for basic banking
services for
restricted accounts will not
apply.
