Customer service of bank branches is changing during quarantine


Dear customers,

please be informed that, due to the quarantine announced throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, Medicinos Bankas is making every effort to ensure uninterrupted provision of services.

We seek to protect health of our employees and customers and kindly ask you to visit bank divisions only for transactions that cannot be performed remotely.

Please note that the bank reserves the right:

  • To refuse allow to persons without a face mask to enter the bank branch;

  • To refuse service to people with fever and customers who are sick;

  • To refuse service to people who were abroad or whose family members were abroad over the past 14 days;

  • To limit the number of visitors in customer service units to the number of customer service managers available in the units;

  • We kindly ask you to wait outside the premises of the bank.
