please be informed that as of 28 November this year for business customers and as of 28 December this year for private customers, we are changing the fees for services and transactions and the terms and conditions of providing payment services.
We review our price list periodically in response to the economic situation on the market and customer needs.
For your convenience, we have set out all the changes in a separate attachment and would like to draw your attention to the following main changes:
The list of countries where a compliance check fee will be applied for transfers from/to another bank if payment transactions of the other party are subject to increased monitoring procedures has been extended;
The payment rates for the payment of services at a bank branch have been changed in line with the payment/fee template: from the customer’s account – EUR 2; in cash – 0.1% of the amount, not less than EUR 2.00;
The rates for other cash transactions performed at a bank branch have been changed.
If you agree with the proposed changes, you are not required to do anything.
If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the service agreements affected by these changes with immediate effect, free of charge and without penalty, after you have fulfilled all your obligations under these service agreements.
