If the situation has not been resolved by applying these methods, you can submit a claim to Medicinos bankas in writing The claim. The Bank shall investigate all claims in written form (written in Lithuanian) and/or English, Russian, and personally signed by the client or his duly authorized representative. The claim must be accompanied by the documents substantiating the substance of the claim.

Claims filed by clients are examined by competent bank branches in accordance with the bank’s procedure. The claim shall be examined and a written response to the client shall be sent no later than within 14 calendar days from the day following the date of the claim was received. In exceptional cases, where consideration of the circumstances requires a further detailed investigation, the deadline for replying may be extended. The client shall be informed in writing about the extension of the term for the examination of the claim, and the reasons for it.
You have the right to apply to the Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania within one year of the out-of-court hearing of the dispute with the bank. You can also defend your infringed rights in court in accordance with laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
