How to regain access to your e-banking account once it is blocked?

The following options are available:

  • Please reach us at 19 300 in case you are in Lithuania or at +370 52644800 if calling from foreign countries. Our customer service lines are open at 07:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Sunday. More information you can find here.

  • Please visit us at the nearest bank branch. A valid identity card or passport is needed for a personal identification purpose. Have your personal identity documents with you, and your access to the Internet bank will be restored.
