In view of the current situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and quarantine announced throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, as of 26 March, Global Blue Lietuva UAB (hereinafter – Global Blue) suspends refunds under Tax Free Forms (hereinafter – Global Form) in bank divisions.
Please note that the refund can be made to your payment card account. Another option is to wait until the situation changes and we start making cash payments under the Global Forms again.
To receive refund under the Global Form to your payment card account, you need to send the Global Form with the payment card number directly to Global Blue using one of the following methods:
seal the form in a prepaid envelope and post it using the special Global Blue mailbox that can be found in locations specified by Global Blue;
send the form to Global Blue:
- by standard or registered mail: Global Blue P.O. 363, 810 00 Bratislava, Slovakia, Europe;
- by courier mail: Global Blue, Prievozska 4D / Block E, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovakia, Europe.

Get the stamp on your TAX FREE form at the EU customs office of departure
Cash will be refunded in the specified branches by submitting a completed TAX FREE form with customs stamp
